Cinnamon swirl raisin bread because those tiny, store bought loaves are too pricey so we are going to make our own with no preservatives or ingredients we can't pronounce. This raisin bread is easy to make and is overly delicious. I can't wait to toast some in the morning and put some butter on it. We are putting this in the Zojirushi Home Bakery bread maker on the basic dough setting. You can do this in your stand mixer or mix it by hand and knead for around 15 minutes and let rise for an hour, punch down and shape into loaf.

Ingredients for the buttermilk wheat cinnamon swirl bread:
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
3 Cups Bread Flour
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 T Butter
2 T Milk Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 T Sugar
2 tsp. Yeast
1 Cup Raisins

Cinnamon
Brown Sugar
