Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayah 118 (Arabic Recitation): “ وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ لَوۡلَا يُكَلِّمُنَا ٱللَّهُ أَوۡ تَأۡتِينَآ ءَايَةٞۗ كَذَٰلِكَ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّثۡلَ قَوۡلِهِمۡۘ تَشَٰبَهَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡۗ قَدۡ بَيَّنَّا ٱلۡأٓيَٰتِ لِقَوۡمٖ يُوقِنُونَ ”

Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 118 (English Translation): “ Those who do not know say, "Why does Allāh not speak to us or there come to us a sign?" Thus spoke those before them like their words. Their hearts resemble each other. We have shown clearly the signs to a people who are certain [in faith]. ”

Surah Al-Baqarah, Ayat 118 (Urdu Translation): “ اسی طرح بے علم لوگوں نے بھی کہا کہ خود اللہ تعالیٰ ہم سے باتیں کیوں نہیں کرتا، یا ہمارے پاس کوئی نشانی کیوں نہیں آتی؟ اسی طرح ایسی ہی بات ان کے اگلوں نے بھی کہی تھی، ان کے اور ان کے دل یکساں ہوگئے ہم نے تو یقین والوں کے لئے نشانیاں بیان کردیں ”
