Abandoned Mini Dumper, will it start?

Hi everyone, in this video we try to get this abandoned Mini dumper working again. It has a single cilinder aircooled Petter Diesel engine and a small dumpbox on the back. It's a homemade diy contraption consisting out of old car parts. The gearbox is from a citroën 2CV and the rear wheels are from a Volkswagen beetle.
