On 1st December President Putin issued a DECREE increasing the size of the Military by 170000. This increase was needed to keep the war in Ukraine going and replace the soldiers that have been killed and injured. Russia is struggling to recruit these new soldiers and President Putin has now issued another Decree offering IMMEDIATE RUSSIAN CITIZENSHIP to any Foreign National that signs up to fight in Ukraine for a minimum of 1 Year.
