This is the most dangerous stretch of river on earth --the strid in strid wood

The strid is a small stretch of river on the river wharfe which runs through strid wood at Bolton abbey in the mighty North Yorkshire . this stretch of river fascinates me and scares me in aqual measure it can look tranquil and unassuming and that's what makes it so scary . this is the sort of river l'd usually swim in, and if it wasn't for the warning signs and the common knowledge of how dangerous it actually is, l'd have my budgie smugglers on ready for my last ever dunking of the junk.
