Russia defence spending: Kremlin gives extra $45 billion to military

Russia's planning to spend more on defence in 2024, than it's done since the Cold War. The Kremlin's going to direct an extra 45 billion dollars to the military and security forces. It says it needs the increase because it's facing what it calls a 'hybrid war' being waged by the West, as well as its campaign in Ukraine.
