Join Me Brothers: Day 1, 75 Hard

1/2/24 marks my first day on #75hard if you'd like to join me the rules are:

-Strict Diet (no alcohol, no cheat days)
[I'm doing my own diet 1500-1700cals on easier days 1600-1900cals on heavier days, 150-200gm protien]

-1 Gal water per day that's 133ish oz per day

-Progress Pic Daily

-Two 45min workouts per day one has to be outside

-10 pages of a nonfiction prefferably self improvement book per day.
[I'm reading Bible cover to cover plus @upauli_athletics #muscularchristianity and Ultra Learning]
