In this episode of The Blind Justice Podcast, Scott and Amelia answer a client's questions about a car crash where the other driver ran a red light. But, the other driver says out driver ran the red light. This is pretty common.

Lawyerssometimes call this kind of case a 'question of lights' kind of case but what it really comes down to is "he said, she said". Do you have witnesses to corroborate your version of what happened? What does the police report say? In Chicago they have those traffic pod caameras everywhere.

It might be that the other driver will tell the truth and admit fault but that doesn't mean that their INSURANCE COMPANY is going to play fair. I've had lots of cases where an INSURANCE COMPANY denies that the crash was their guy's fault, but when trial started, they admitted fault last minute.
