What qualities/laws do you find in religions today?

Galatians 5.:22-23. "But the fruit of The SPIRIT is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness self-control; against such things there is no law." In reality do you believe those laws fit into christianity. You think about it then come up with an answer.
