In this episode of The Blind Justice Podcast, Scott and Amelia answer a client's questions about a car crash on the expressway. It involved a lane change.

In a lane change case, it comes down to 'he said, she said". Do you have witnesses to corroborate your version of what happened? What does the police report say? What do skid marks and photos of car damage say about the credibility of the stories.

It might be that the other driver will tell the truth and admit fault but that doesn't mean that their INSURANCE COMPANY is going to play fair. I've had lots of cases where an INSURANCE COMPANY denies that the crash was their guy's fault, but when trial started, they admitted fault last minute.
