How to make a delicious glazed Lemon Cake

Do you need a new idea for a Dessert, try this delicious glazed Lemon Cake, to pep it up serve the slices with clouds of whipped Cream.

Glazed Lemon Cake
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups Flour, sifted
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
1/2 cup Butter, room temp
3 Eggs
Zest of 1 Lemon
2-1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Lemon Glaze:
1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
2-1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Preheat Oven 350° F
Line 9" Springform with Parchment Paper

Combine Flour, Salt and Baking Powder, set aside.
Cream together Cream Cheese and Butter.
Add Sugar and one Egg at a time.
Scrape down sides of the bowl.
Add Sour Cream, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice, mix well.
Incorporate Flour Mixture in two batches, combine well.
Fill Springform with batter and bake 60 Minutes.
Until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
Rest on wire rack for 5 Minutes, then remove Springform and cool completely.
Gradually combine Lemon Juice and Powdered Sugar, until thickness to your liking.
Pour Glaze over Cake, cover top and pour down the side.
Let Glaze set and serve.
