Quantum Eraser puts restrictions on what time travelers are able to do in the past. Time travelers can only make small changes to the past that are not measured (do not not create a noticeable change/influence) on the person in the future who is sending the information back in time.

It is wise to use cash (preferably coins with no identification numbers or emergency money/change that you were not planning on using until the far future after the person in the past sends the information back in time.

It is wise to walk, ride a bike, rides motorcycle, or hide your car where it will not be noticed in order to minimize butterfly effects. Cars should be parked in a remote hidden place where they will not obstruct other cars under something to block satellites from taking their pictures.

It is wise to choose a day and a night you were not planning on doing anything noticeable where my absence and your absence will not be noticed.

Essentially you are trying to erase all evidence that you pampered me for a day and a night except for our memory of it. You can wash my clothes but not provide me new clothes that will be visible/noticeable. Socks, underwear, and undershirt might work since they are not visible.
