A $50,000 grant from the Ten Point Coalition will help establish the group on Indianapolis' far east side, from 38th to 42nd Streets between Post Road and Mitthoeffer Road. The 10 Point Coalition works with faith-based organizations to patrol neighborhoods and respond to help de-escalate tension at violent crime scenes.
