Dear United States Department of Justice,
February 4, 2019
Senator Kamala D. Harris is guilty of aiding and abetting political terrorists, who have committed false-flag acts of political terrorism to support her political career and her aspirations of becoming President of the United States of America. Senator Kamala D. Harris was acting Attorney General of California when I filed a complaint to the Attorney General of California against the Huntington Beach Police Department, which was aiding and abetting the political terrorists Carolee Ogata and Detective Trent Tunstall.
After Carolee Ogata had received permission from Kamala D. Harris to commit false-flag acts of political terrorism to frame Conseratives and supporters of Donald J. Trump, Carolee Ogata and her cronies boasted about it in their court documents. Carolee Ogata had the arrogance to boast of her acts of terrorism, hate crimes, obstruction of justice, perjury, and her mission to subvert the Constitution and Bill of Rights in her own court documents because she knew she was protected by Senator Kamala D. Harris who was acting as Attorney General of California.
Judge Timothy J. Stafford knowingly aided and abetted political terrorist Carolee Ogata, who was retaliating against me, Chad Clawitter, for being a whistleblower. Carolee Ogata was self-identified as a terrorist in her own court documents.
Carolee Ogata identified me, Chad Clawitter, as a whistleblower in her own court documents. Carolee Ogata identified her accomplices (who were "in bed" with her) in her own court documents:

Judge Timothy J. Stafford knowingly aided and abetted her accomplices. Judge Timothy J. Stafford (Department C66) recused himself and had Nathan R. Scott (Department C12) do a "cover-up". A court-appointed attorney plead guilty to
"Contempt of Court" charges while I, Chad Clawitter, was under duress.
Senator Kamala D. Harris is an "Enemy of the State" and should be prosecuted with charges of treason (Article 3. Section
3.) for attempting to subvert the Constitution and "Republican Form of government" (Article 4., Section 4.). Judge Timothy J. Stafford and Judge Nathan R. Scott are also each an "Enemy of the State" and should be prosecuted similarly.
Carolee Ogata and Dectective Trent Tunstall are "Enemy Combatants" engaging in pychological operations and should be prosecuted accordingly.
My life and the lives of my family members have been threatened. I am under duress. My family is under duress. The Federal Bureau of Investigation has retaliated against me for being a whistleblower and petitioning the government for redress of grievances by sending a man to my place of employment who showed me his gun and FBI badge, threatened me, and called the police on me. I request that you restore my 1st Amendment rights, my 2nd Amendment rights, and all other rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States of America (i.e. Article 4., Section 4.) and Bill of Rights. I request that you prosecute the political terrorists, corrupt law enforcement, corrupt judges, corrupt government officials, and everyone involved in the cover-up to the full extent of the Federal Law. I request that this absolute Despotism end immediately or new Guards be provided for our future Security.
