Mazda - Why don't you backup your product?

I discuss my issue I have with the Mazda Corporation, not backing up their product. I have been having an electrical issue with my 2020 Mazda 3 sedan, going on 2-3 years now, that nobody can seem to fix. My car wouldn't start and I had to use my jump pack. I drive the car to the dealership and rant along the way.
