Unthinkable Tragedy Unfolds as California Teen Arrested for Alleged Familial Attack

The incident unfolded on Wednesday at the family's rural home, where the boy, whose identity is protected due to his minor status, allegedly attacked his father, Lue Yang, and mother, Se Vang, both 37. At a press conference, Fresno County Sheriff John Zanoni provided details, stating that the 11-year-old sister underwent emergency surgery for critical injuries but is expected to recover. The boy's 7-year-old brother, fortunately, was unharmed and is in the care of relatives.
Initial reports indicated an intruder attack, as the boy made a 911 call claiming a break-in, but detectives uncovered inconsistencies in his story.
