Runs 3:00:50 | Oct. 14, 1984 - In the Lions' second overtime win of the year, Gary Danielson connected with Leonard Thompson for a 37-yard touchdown to top Tampa Bay 13-7. Bucs' QB Steve DeBerg hit Kevin House for a TD midway through the opening quarter to put Tampa Bay up 7-0. But the Detroit defense shut out the Buccaneers the rest of the way, despite yielding 356 yards in total offense. Billy Sims chipped in with 100 yards rushing on 16 carries to help the Lions break a four-game losing skid and improve the season record to 2-5.
