SAFA filed suit with other organizations including TRTL against the City of San Antonio (CoSA) to stop its line item “Reproductive Justice Fund” in the city’s 2024 Budget.

COSAgov finally replied to our suit. Consequently, our legal team has sent interrogatories and requested depositions of city officials. How great it’ll be to depose the mayor and other Councilmen and the city manager!

Each video depositions will potentially cost $3500.
