Episode 1739: Creation Story and Nativity Story - Perfect companions

On the 4th Sunday of Advent Dec 24th I jumped over the commemoration day of Sts Adam and Eve and you know why I do that. I truly do not feel that there is enough work done to prove the saints of the old testament as they do after the life of Christ and so although we want to believe that certain people from the old testament would be considered saints it is not customary to name them saints.

But I heard an excellent talk by one of my most favorite Priests that did an excellent job tying the Creation Story (Adam & Eve) to the Nativity Story.

Now many Modern Catholics have been inundated since Childhood to believe in evolution and to trust the science. They often state that if you do not believe in evolution you are just wackadoodle. But yet, like much of our modern thinking its rooted in error. They just cannot prove Evolution even more than evolutionists state we cannot prove creation. But yet we actually can. Even our own modern church prelates and Pope say you do not have to believe in the creation story. Really? Why? Because its way to Godly. They would much rather follow the science of atheists who do all they can to remove God and so by doing removing Christ. They want MAN and Humanism and modernism at the center of everything. They are great servants of the deceiver (Satan) for if you can disprove Creation then you can disprove Christ and the Nativity.
Stop and think about it. How can, as a Catholic we believe that God is all powerful and can do anything let alone bring his son into this world and make him 100% Man and 100% God or better yet bring him in through a virgin birth? But we as Catholic believe that or at least we should. And if we do, then why is it a stretch to say God created the world and Man and infused a soul and intellect into him? Think about it further. If the scientist need to create billions of years and various forms of humanoids just to make their science work and state “It just isn’t possible there was an Adam and eve” then why do we believe in Christ and the Blessed Mother? God can do anything and further, do you really think God would create Man from a monkey and then infuse a soul after millions of years of evolution of man? Why would he do that or need to do that?
So we as Catholic must reject the atheists view on man and go back to our traditional faith of the creation of man and know that all things are possible with the greater causer (as St Thomas Acquinas referred to him as) God!
So with no further a do lets hear from the scholarly Priest who does a much better job than me.
God Bless and Good Day.
