Jan. 6 has been called an insurrection, so why has no one been charged with that crime?

It's not an insurrection but a catchy word for January 6th committee propaganda repeated ad nauseam by the Washington Post. No one has been charged with the crime of Insurrection. Check the Federal Statute for the definition. An inconvenient fact for the Post and Times and leftist taking heads on tv, but consistent with their fierce bias.
