Giving Your Guilt to the Garbage😃

Giving guilt to the garbage is an excellent practice; and, that trash needs to be taken out regularly! Guilt is a dirty, smelly baggage that many of us carry around; and, it can often keep us from moving forward. Too often, a guilty conscience becomes a burden that we can't escape. That’s because guilt is a tricky emotion to deal with, but it's important that we learn how to handle it.
