💥🔞Ukrainian forces have opened fire on the center of the city of Belgorod

Dead bodies of civilians line the streets.
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that at least
— 9 adults and 1 child have died;
— 45 civilians were injured, including 4 children.

Keep in mind Belgorod in not in Donbass but is pre 2023 Russia and has not been a deputed area.. 
This is Ukraine hitting the center of a Russian city because they want to hurt Russian civilians, nothing more.
