My commentary on RT: The (terrorist) attack by Kiev on the Russian city of Belgorod

A Ukrainian strike on the Russian city of Belgorod has killed at least ten people, leaving several dozen injured, the country’s Emergency Ministry said on Saturday. Ukraine used rockets equipped with cluster bomb warheads to attack Belgorod, the Ministry of Defense said, prohibited according International Law.
