Federal Judge Rules CA’s Content Moderation Law Doesn’t Violate 1st Amendment in X (Twitter) Lawsuit

With Musk’s X/Twitter being the only social media platform in Silicon Valley that isn’t doing the Democrats’ bidding, California’s Dems crafted the state’s content moderation law to force him to to do it. Because of this, X sued to temporarily halt the law from going into effect because it violates the First Amendment. Which of course a Federal Judge ruled that it doesn’t do that while completely ignoring as part of the law California can force social media companies to censor anything the Democrats running the state do not like.
