Keto BLT Dip

INGREDIENTS

½ lb Bacon, divided
¼ c Mayonnaise
¼ c Sour Cream
4 oz Cream cheese, room temperature
½ c Cheddar Cheese, divided 1/4c & 1/4c
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic, fresh, minced
½ tsp Paprika
1 cup Lettuce, shredded
1c Tomatoes, chopped
dipping ingredients (carrots, cucumbers, etc.)

PREPARATION

Mix all ingredients together using only ¾ of the bacon and a ¼ cup of shredded cheese, in a bowl except lettuce and tomatoes
Spread the dip into a shallow serving bowl
Top with lettuce, tomato and remaining cheese and remaining bacon
Garnish with dipping ingredients
Enjoy!

*Note: The dip can be made a few hours ahead to let the flavors blend but do not put the toppings on the dip until ready to serve.
