NE KC chamber tests business incubator

The Northeast Kansas City chamber is testing out a new program this weekend called the "Egg Incubator.” It’s a place where local businesses can run a pop-up shop to see what kind of response they get from the public, in hopes that business will eventually open a permanent space in Northeast Kansas City.
