Mattel the toy company decided to collaborate with Nickelodeon to create Monster High. Around the same time, Hasbro was collaborating with DHX Media to create MLP G4. Monster High High was released in 2010 and it was a great success for the franchise to watch and play with the ghouls at this monster school.
Jealous about this, Hasbro decided to make a humanized version of G4, plus unique characters like the lead main character, Sunset Shimmer, and new villains in 2013. People were addicted to the humanized characters of G4, but this brought problems called sexual fetishers; people who have a sexual liking for the female characters.

The approaches to Monster High and Canterlot High are very similar, with the students conversing before classes.
There is also drama that happens every single episode, some rivalries, friendships, enemies, and possible couples.
But lately Monster High is getting a live-action remake streaming n Paramamount+, which wonders videos how well with it do to sell toys for Mattel. Mattel is selling more toys for their recent live-action Barbie movie with Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie.
The current live-action movies that are remade haven't been done well.
Meanwhile, MLP G5 is doing well with a new season streaming on Netflix, and that sells MLP G5 toys well at retailers.

Monster High made Hasbro create EG, but they are profiting better.
