Log splitter mods for wimps

This is my new log splitter from Menards.
I made three mods to make it easier to operate.
1. An electric starter, flywheel with ring gear, battery and solenoid.
2. A Progressive Automation 24” electric actuator to raise the beam into the vertical position.
3. a Lippert tongue jack exchanged for the kick stand.
