Trump Removed From Ballot in Maine, Texas vs. US on the Border, Law School Admissions

Trump has been removed from the ballot in Maine, the second state after Colorado to do so. This one was not done by a court, but rather, the Secretary of State. Is this legal? Can it be allowed?

Texas has passed a state-level border enforcement law and the US Government is not happy. Now a fight is brewing over questions of federalism and State's rights.

Finally, the Supreme Court struck down Affirmative Action in college admissions...but how has it affected law schools? Is this the right move?
