Maine Kicks Trump Off The Ballot Using 14th Amendment !!!

Just went you thought nothing else was going to happen until the Supreme Court ruled on it, the Maine Secretary of State ruled that Donald Trump was ineligible to be on the ballot due to Section 3 of the 14th Amendment...the same argument that the Colorado Supreme Court made. What does all this mean and when will it ever FINALLY be settled?
