After last week's look at "A Supernatural Hatred": https://fccdl.in/FhEOBpzxpw and recent events, as they tie into History, Torah, and prophecy, (that will affect us all), I thought to shift gears into spiritual warfare, with a message called "Abandoned Weapons (what we don’t use, will be used against us):" it has more than one layer. Our enemies are guided by a supernatural power (whether they acknowledge it or not), and they do wrestle against flesh and blood, ours. We also, need to acknowledge a Supernatural Power, to even believe we can take up weapons, and be taught to use them effectively. For the most part, Modern Christendom, has long left them lying in the field, giving the opposition great joy and advantage. This is shared, in hopes we will (more and more), take them up and ask THE WEAPONS SUPPLIER to guide us in using them. We hope you can join us.

Theme Passages: 2 Corinthians 10:3,4 “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.” Isaiah 28:5,6 5 In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people, 6 And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate."

{ Early Writings 227} “The church is not now the separate and peculiar people she was when the fires of persecution were kindled against her. How is the gold become dim! …I saw that if the church had always retained her peculiar, holy character, the power of the Holy Spirit which was imparted to the disciples would still be with her. The sick would be healed, devils would be rebuked and cast out, and she would be mighty and a terror to her enemies. - - I saw a very large company professing the name of Christ, but God did not recognize them as His. He had no pleasure in them. Satan seemed to assume a religious character and was very willing that the people should think they were Christians."
