The world of a young child is full of new foods to taste, new people to meet, new games to play, words to understand, places to visit, and concepts to master. A and toddler will touch, taste, smell, climb over, poke at, take apart, watch, listen, and learn more than at any other time in life. It is, simply, how we learn.

When we are curious about something new, we want to explore it. And while exploring we discover. So when something so seemingly meaningless as a colorful board with two rubber steps on it got in the way of this little girl, you can bet that she ran as fast as her little feet could carry her to explore what this machine is all about.

You see, this machine helps adults stay in shape by literally shaking them off their axle. The point is to keep your entire body as firm as possible while the machine vibrates and wobbles side to side; the strain you put on your muscles will firm them up with prolonged use. At least, that is what the manufacturer claims. But this little girl doesn’t need any firming up; what she needs is to have some fun in the middle of the salon!

Watching her entertain herself quietly and all of her relatives very loudly has brought us happy belly laughs. Curiosity in kids is an excellent learning tool for them, providing us adults with countless videos to watch and melt at their desire to understand.
