Teresa Haley, the president of the Illinois NAACP, has been suspended for comments she made about illegal migrants during a Zoom meeting. Many black Chicago residents are upset about the migrants who have arrived in their city in the last year. Haley denied making the controversial statements when contacted by local press and suggested the video was faked by AI.
