Deserted and Abandoned - Ghost Town or Mining Camp?

This was a Silver and Lead Mine that was worked up until the 1930s, now deserted and abandoned. You tend to wonder what ended up happening to those that worked and lived here. Sometimes they have more exciting stories than the dilapidated ruins they have left behind. Which is the case with the owner of this mine.
Quite the entrepreneur, he sold this mine, started an airport which then became Nellis Air Force Base, and then operated a successful business with his wife for travellers between L.A. and Vegas for many years.
