Hashbrown recipe---
Potatoes: 800g = 4 pieces
Onion: 80g = 1 piece
Corn starch: 4 Tablespoons
Salt: 1 Tablespoon (optional)
Vegetable oil: anything (We used Canola oil)

* [Ratio: 10 potato : 1 onion]
* [Ratio: 4 corn starch :1 salt ]

----Cream cheese sauce recipe-------
Wheat flour: 1 Tablespoon
Butter: 1 Tablespoon (any kinds of oil available)
Milk: 1 cup = 240ml = 16 Tablespoon
Cheese: 40g (any kinds)

* [Ratio: 1 flour : 1 butter : 15 milk : 3 cheese]
