These are simple exercises with nunchucks that I have been doing for over 30 years. A good way for active meditation. Usually the workout lasts about 40 minutes... I work quickly with my hands and it’s as if I’m disconnected from the world around me. There are no thoughts. It's like I'm missing from this world. This is a good way to relax. Better than working with a psychologist, drugs, alcohol or driving fast. And it's free! :) Nunchaku is my relaxation.
