Yogurt Cauliflower

⁠ ⁠ 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 📑⁠ 650g - 750g (frozen) cauliflower⁠ 200g natural yogurt⁠ 1 small garlic clove, pressed⁠ 7.5g olive oil⁠ 30g butter⁠ 1 teaspoon paprika powder⁠ Salt pepper⁠ ⁠ 𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 🔪⁠ Steam the cauliflower in a pot until soft (but not so much that it becomes mushy). In the meantime, mix yogurt with garlic, a little salt and pepper. Melt olive oil and butter in a pan. Add the paprika powder and fry briefly on low heat as soon as the butter sizzles. Place the cauliflower in a small bowl, add the yogurt, and mix a little. Now pour the butter sauce over it and then enjoy.
