CALI!! WATER LAW ACT USAGE OF WATER IS BEING RECYCLE FROM SEWAGE!! I AINT FEELIN IT

is sewage water still considered water? Or is it just waste, w/ water content.
My gut feeling is telling me that this is disturbing. The fact that we are using water, frum below and not from THE OCEANS, IN CALI!!! is beyond me.

I would like to attest, why I think this is a slight misconduct and drastic decision to be made. Water is meant to have MINERALS and PURIFIED from a source.
Like from the MOUNTAINS!! ( where it runs downhill and thru soil.)
