We can comprehend them seeing the future

But if actual time travel exists, wouldn't there be time continuum implications such as various things changing in the world often? If the technology exists then more than one person must have it, and if more than one person are time traveling how is there no chaos?

Also if someone was going back in the past to make a difference in the future would we not bypass all negative events altogether? And if we weren't going to bypass all negative events together how would we know changing the past would even affect this current timeline?

So many unknowns leave a strong taste of very low probability that Donald Trump or any part of his family participated in time travel.

If they didn't participate in time travel and this book was written in the 1800s how could this be possible?

I would speculate that the plan that's in play right now to control society has been in play for longer than we can comprehend.
