The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled to remove Donald Trump from the state ballot. Trump was neither convicted of 'rioting' nor given a fair trial. It comes amid reports that Trump has cooled on Lake, and days after he singled out Ramaswamy and Scott for praise while floating the idea that he could choose one of his opponents as his eventual running mate.

The decision may align with Nancy Pelosi's view that Trump needs to 'prove himself innocent' in a court of law. This implies that the court and Pelosi believe he is guilty until proven innocent. The Democrats hold power, making them the law. This is another example of their lawfare against Trump. Joe Biden, stated that it is up to the court to decide whether Trump is guilty of insurrection. However, he also expressed his belief that Trump is guilty of the crime. The executive branch has made its position clear, but the Supreme Court will make the final decision. It is possible that the court will reinstate Trump on the Colorado ballot.

He claims that his 'Bidenomics' plan is successful. However, many Americans are struggling to afford basic necessities such as groceries, rent, and housing. Homelessness is at an all-time high, and the southern border remains open. There are allegations that the Democratic Party will offer illegal immigrants citizenship in exchange for their vote and military service. Young men are arriving in large numbers and may pose a threat to those who support MAGA. The Democratic Party is aware of this. Joe sent $140 billion to Ukraine, which is a losing battle. This money could have been used to end homelessness in America, update our aging infrastructure, or secure our borders. Joe wants to spend more money on foreign wars, which increases inflation at home.

The gloomy outlook for Biden means the Democrat party will pull a lot of shenanigans to keep him in the White House. We just saw evidence of that in Colorado.
