Before You Watch PARASITE [3 Things You Should Know if You're a Novice Moviegoer]

These are 3 things you SHOULD know BEFORE you watch Parasite! This video is mostly for the casual movie fan. If you're a movie buff, you: 1) probably have already seen Parasite 2) already know how to analyze film 3) already understand Bong Joon-Ho as a filmmaker (snowpiercer, okja, etc).

Side note: To my South Korean friends! I know many South Koreans speak English (thank you for that 🙏🙌). A friend of mine was a teacher for a few years over there and he loved it! But you'd be surprised how many people i know who will hear a movie won big at the Oscars, and they would watch it without having any idea it wasn't in english! And for some reason it effects their initial experience, i guess because they didn't know beforehand? 😂 I'm not sure. I really enjoyed this film so much that I wanted even the most casual movie fan to know what to expect, so they could understand and enjoy the movie, without spoiling anything.
