charcoal rotisserie grill heat is moderately low and the cooking time is about 35 to 40 minutes
Ingredients:
3 Whole Chickens

First Marinade:
1 head of garlic
1/4 gms ginger
2 green chilies
1 lime
let it rest for 20 minute over the counter

Second Marinade:
3 tablespoon veg oil
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Mustard oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/8 cup Kashmiri chilli
½ lime juice
1 tablespoon Kasuri Meti (dried fenugreek) 3 2/3 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon pepper
½ cup curd
let it rest in fridge for an hour
