Sometime, just before her March birthday, in 2013, my dear, saintly mother was diagnosed (Dx'd) with IBC (inflammatory breast cancer). She died in November of the same year, after SUFFERING through chemotherapy. They told her that without it, she had about 6 months to live. With it, she lived 9 months. However, she told us, before she passed on, that if she had to do it over again, she NEVER would have. I've heard this MANY times, since then. TOO many times. It's NOT WORTH it, in any measure - financial, hair loss, feeling sick, weak, etc.!
