I've taken so many pictures of skies similar to this one.
I still am amazed when I see no one looking up when it gets so obvious such as in this video ! or making a comment about it out in their world.

Not when they have companies that specialize in Weather Modification and there exists an easily found USAF document on their own website, 'Owning The Weather By 2025: Weather As A Force Multiplier.'
You know, that thing Cheney sneered about, 'Full Spectrum Dominance' in the US Forces mentioned in the Project For A New American Century's 'Rebuilding America's Defenses' - that cohenicidentally came out in Spring 2001 and called for a galvanizing event, such 'a new Pearl Harbor' to get the support needed for funding the MIC. And, Lo and Behold! We were later that year taken COMPLETELY Unawares on Sept 11 by madmen in caves who emerged with box cutters and faked passports and ...well you know the rest of that fairy-tale.
That document, 'RADs' for short, also spoke of developing ''Race-specific bio-weapons" to manage battlefields/populations...so who knows what flavor of disease causing particles are in the days' "clouds."
One element consistently found is a high level of aluminum, which is abundant in nature, just not in the skies, and is a dessicant among other properties/effects on the biodome.
But then Monsanto came up with aluminum-resistant GMO seeds, so all is well!
