Crews of Msta-B howitzers inflicted fire on Ukrainian artillery on the right bank of the Dnieper

As part of the counter-battery fight, the personnel of the crews of the Msta-B howitzer battery inflicted fire on the artillery positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine identified by reconnaissance. Literally a few shots destroyed the discovered positions of the Ukrainian 152-mm howitzer D-20, camouflaged in a forest belt near the village of Belozerka, Kherson region, as well as the positions of a mortar crew on the bank of the Dnieper.

Artillerymen have to work every day in the most difficult conditions, but trained crews spend only a few minutes from receiving target coordinates to firing. Depending on the type of target, high-explosive fragmentation, cumulative fragmentation, or adjustable projectiles are used at a distance of up to 25 kilometres.

Thanks to the high-quality work of the artillerymen of the Dnepr group of troops on targets identified by reconnaissance, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the last week alone have lost over 20 vehicles and lightly armored vehicles, as well as more than 10 field artillery guns on the right bank of the Dnieper.
