What A Teen Criminal Looks Like

On April 13th, 2022, Officers were dispatched in regards to a minor running away from the juvenile center. Upon arriving at the juvenile center, the female made attempts to escape again. The juvenile kept repeating that she wanted to die so the officers had to take extreme measures. Later, she was transported to the Juvenile holding cell.
