3 backbend-kickovers in sequence

Backbend-kickover to frontlimber (4)

Frontlimber(s) to ankle-grab

Cyrwheel arch-back to ankle-hold (both sides)

Cyrwheel split stand/scale leg-hold

1 arm straddle L hold in cyrwheel

Wall oversplits to arch-back leg hold

Standing leg splits and over-splits pulls
and Scorpion foottohead (both sides)

Chair 🪑 height rear leg oversplits

And:
I also included a small clip of my backbend fingers-to-heels (contortion training) that I did on 12/20/23 🙃
