Command Performance sparked the beginning of the USO in the beginning of World War 2. The show was rarely heard in the home front. It was broadcasted world wide to our Arm Forces. Celebrities donated their time to perform to the fighting soldiers. Usually the shows were just a half hour, but this broadcast is a little over two hours. The program is complete, but the last three minutes General George C. Marshall is cutoff. Enjoy This spectacular show.
