8 Warning Signs of Type 2 Diabetes

Think you don’t have diabetes because your fasting blood sugar is normal when you go to the doctor?

The reality is that there are 37 million people in the US walking around with diabetes…

And a fourth of them don’t even know it.

This is because you can start developing type 2 diabetes years before it shows up on a simple blood test.

A hemoglobin A1c test is a better indication of chronic high blood sugar…which can eventually turn into diabetes.

But there are some warning signs of chronic high blood glucose that you can look out for.

In this week’s video, I go over the most common warning signs of type 2 diabetes.

If you have any of these signs, you can ask your doctor to do an A1c test on you.

The sooner you know, the sooner you can start to heal, and hopefully prevent damage to your cells.
