Dilemma of the intellectuals

A heavy weight weight lifter always competes a heavy weight contestant but never with light weight contestant because then the results could not be justified. Likewise intelligent people need intelligent people to share things otherwise their intelligence is just a waste....this video describes this fact beautifully.
